Congratulations to Kevin and Bonnie of Monroe, WA for their recent home purchase! They received a $6,500 grant towards their down payment from the Affordable Alliance Down Payment Benefit Program.

Days before closing Ann found out that she wasn't getting her raise for another four months. Her debt to income ratio wouldn't allow the loan. For most folks the deal would have been dead. Ann received a grant in the amount of 3% of her purchase price for her down payment. The AHA was able to salvage this transaction and Ann was able to complete the purchase.

We had a buyer, Dave, who wanted to buy a home and the AHA was able to provide him with a $5,560 grant towards a home purchase.

Rochelle needed to sell her home. The AHA provided a $8,550 grant toward the buyer's down payment and closing costs.
